When you work in a preschool, you go a little crazy sometimes. You need a little break from the whining, the crying, the stinky diapers, the baby talk, the time outs. You need to create a day that gives YOU the chance to be the silly one. A day that gives everyone a little laugh, and therefore, a little boost of energy to make it through the last day before your Christmas break. You need... a "Tacky Christmas Day." The rules for this Tacky Day were simple: anything goes. Ugly sweaters, ugly vests, mismatched items, tacky jewelry. You can see the results below.
These two were tacky, but simple.
Gold leggings? Please! Sooooo tacky.
Faded plaid jumpers and mismatched things? TACKY.
And the professional woman herself. Yes, I am wearing Christmas socks over tights with moccasins.
